Solicitud de adición o complementación del Auto 419/20, mediante el cual se rechazó el recurso de súplica formulado en contra de los Autos 270 y 352 de 2020, por resultar improcedente tal impugnación cuando se formula sobre providencias que deciden solicitudes de nulidad o de adición y complementación, por ser únicamente un medio de impugnación contra la decisión que rechaza la demanda de inconstitucionalidad.
La Corte RECHAZA la petición formulada, por resultar manifiestamente improcedente y porque el actor no asumió la carga argumentativa de explicar cuáles fueron los asuntos no resueltos que debían ser objeto de pronunciamiento, en los términos y finalidades del artículo 287 del Código General del Proceso.
